For proper sizing, we recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. 

The sizes below are circumference of your wrist. Please note: the wrist size is not the same as the length of a bracelet.

MEDIUM is the most common men's wrist size (up to 7 ⅛" wrist size).
